Community Based Services

Learning shouldn’t be limited to just the home or classroom. That’s why we provide therapy in real world environments. These may include the park, grocery store, library, or even during extracurricular activities. These sessions focus on helping your child apply their skills in the settings where they’ll need them most. Generalization is one of the most important parts of ABA. Skills taught in therapy sessions must carry over into the real world to be truly effective. Community based therapy helps bridge that gap ensuring your child can thrive not just during therapy, but throughout their everyday life.

Community Based sessions focus on:

Generalizing Learned Skills
Helping your child apply communication, self-regulation, and social skills in everyday community settings such as parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and libraries.

Family Coaching in Real Time

Teaching Inclusive Communication for Others
Empowering families to educate and engage others. This include siblings, caregivers, and community members in a respectful, strengths-based way.

Normalizing Family Outings
Encouraging participation in daily routines and community activities by building comfort, structure, and support around shared family experiences.

Promoting Success in the Least Restrictive Environment
Fostering independence and functional use of skills with minimal supports, allowing your child to participate more freely in typical environments.
